Who we are
Nuvora ("we", "us") is a content, social media and marketing studio based in West Sussex, United Kingdom, working with service-based businesses across the UK.

What we collect
Contact details: when you email us, book a call or enquire about our services, we receive the information you choose to share, typically your name, email address, phone number and business name.
Meeting details: if we book a call with you, the scheduling service we use records the details you provide when booking.
Client project data: if you become a client, we keep records needed to deliver the work, such as briefs, agreements and correspondence.
Usage data: like most websites, our hosting may log standard technical information (such as your browser type and pages visited) to keep the site running securely.
How we use your information
To respond to enquiries and arrange calls with you.
To deliver the services you have engaged us for, and to manage our relationship with you.
To send occasional updates about our services, only where you have asked us to. You can ask us to stop at any time.
To keep records required by law and to protect our business.
Our legal basis
We process personal data under UK GDPR on the following bases: legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running our business), contract (delivering work you have engaged us for), consent (marketing you have opted into), and legal obligation (records we must keep).
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, ever.
We share it only with the providers we rely on to run the business, such as our email provider and the scheduling service used for booking calls. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
We may also share information if the law requires it.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any essential cookies or similar technologies exist only to keep the site working properly.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and client records only as long as we need them: to deliver our work, to meet legal or accounting requirements, and to resolve any disputes. When we no longer need your data, we delete it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to: ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy; ask us to correct anything inaccurate; ask us to delete your data; object to or restrict our use of it; and ask us to transfer it to another provider.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data, though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
